Welcome to Riverbend Heritage Poultry

Our small acreage is located just out side of Kelowna, BC in the wonderful Okanagan Valley.

We are dedicated to raising quality heritage breeds that thrive in our climate. My obsession started with wanting a few pretty hens that would lay well all year, could handle the chilly winters and hot summers here in the Okanagan Valley. As all of our animals are an extension of our family, a good temperament is a must. Since those original four hens we have expanded our Buff Orpington flock, added a Gold Laced Orpington flock and started working with Partridge Chantecler.
