The Buff broody hen has decided she doesn't actually want to be a mama, she always does this to me. She sits for a few days then leaves her nest behind without a thought.
 One of the Buff hens has decided she wants to have babies. It is the season of the broody, chicks chicks everywhere soon YAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!
 One little broody hen sitting on 8 eggs YAY I so can't wait 21 days. She is not at all happy with the photo shoot.
 For the first time in years I have a double yolker egg.
 One can now see the meal worms with the naked eye, sort of. So happy never thought this day would come for this batch.
Almost all of the pullets have started to lay we received nine wonderful eggs from our girls today and only one was on the floor.
